FAULT

Whilst high quality printing Satori reports "Unknown problem detected in Satori" or "Satori has performed an illegal operation"

SOLUTION

The above errors are due to insufficient disk space being allocated to virtual memory in Windows 95 / 98 or to the paging file in Windows NT. Below is a table showing memory requirements for high quality printing.

Refer to your operating system documentation to change the virtual memory or paging file settings.

Image Printed *Minimum Virtual Memory Required
Printing an A4 @ 360 dpi 150 Mb
Importing an A4 360 dpi TIF (no RI conversion) and then printing an A4 / Letter @ 360 dpi 200 Mb

*These figures are based on a system having 64 Mb of physical memory with no other applications running.
