FAULT

Certain combinations of operating system (Windows NT, 95 or 98) printer type and printer driver can cause Satori to fail to print. This mainly occurs when trying to output medium to high resolution prints.

SOLUTION

We have produced a patch version of Satori (2.57). This can be found on the Satori 2.53 CD as a zip file called FILMFX257P.ZIP or PLX257.ZIP. Once you have unzipped the file you will see PATCH.TXT which explains the procedure for upgrading to Satori version 2.57
